Our In-House Client based in Kent is looking for a Health & Wellbeing Manager to work on a Permanent basis with their friendly and supportive team.
The role is permanent, ideally full time 5 days per week with hybrid working, including on-site and remote working.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly and pro-active OH team.
The Job Role Includes:
1. Design, develop, and implement best practice wellbeing strategies.
2. Maintain wellbeing education and awareness.
3. Manage the mental/physical wellbeing budgets and relevant third-party contracts.
4. Provide expert support & advice to HR and managers relating to mental and physical health.
5. Responsible for the development and maintenance of wellbeing policies and procedures.
Experience / Skills Required:
1. Minimum Level 4 diploma in Counselling/ Psychotherapy or equivalent mental health or nursing qualification.
2. Experience in identifying, designing, and implementing health and wellbeing initiatives or projects.
3. Experience in managing a team including development and pastoral support.
