Job summary Our integrated community children's therapy and nursing service is an award winning service, recognised as 'Outstanding' by CQC and achieved Beacon status for innovation within our trust. The Children's Complex Care Team support children with complex health needs in their own homes, schools, nurseries and occasionally hospitals. The service delivers care 24/7 so a willingness to work flexibly over a variety of shifts is essential. The shifts may consist of days, nights, evenings and weekend work. The ability to work independently and alone is essential, but as part of a wider team of both trained and untrained staff you must also be a team player. This role does require you to lone work the majority of the time whilst on shift, although you will be supported by a team of nursing staff Main duties of the job The post holder will be trained to carry out a wide variety of clinical skills using a competency based framework. You will receive continuing support from trained nurses within the team.
