Global Sales Manager – Errol, Perth – 35 hours per week – Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with seasonal show stand national coverage.

The role:
As a pivotal member of our Plant Sales team, you will be responsible for strengthening and maintaining existing customer relationships as well as locating and growing new business. Collaborating with the Plant Sales Director to deliver against set sales targets and to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience and to maintain our strong brand reputation.
You will oversee our website and be responsible for advertising and social media content and networking whilst managing all enquiries that may arise from these channels. Working closely with our Marketing team on promoting the Plant Sales Division, which is a leading supplier of nearly new construction equipment worldwide.
What you’ll need:
1. Previous experience within a sales role, preferably within the Construction / Plant sector (Although proven digital sales background would be considered)
2. Experience selling plant machinery or similar equipment
3. Confident in content creation and engaging with your social media network
4. A balanced approach to work
5. A pro-active, can-do attitude
6. A strong character who can adapt in ever changing markets
7. Detailed, focused
8. Ability to manage time effectively
9. Confident Communicator
10. Results driven and self-motivated
11. Customer focused
12. Comfortable with the use of IT systems and data analysis
13. Proficient in using Microsoft business applications such as Word, Excel & Outlook
