I am looking for a New Business Development Manager to join my client's startup business. My client has been running for just under 3 years now and is looking to expand their team substantially over the next year, starting with this role. They are a reseller of Mobile, Connectivity, and VoIP based in the Derby area.
Package
£30,000-£35,000 plus uncapped commission structure
Car allowance or Company Car
20 days + Bank Holiday
Fully remote but does expect office visits at least once a month

Key Responsibilities
1. Identify Opportunities: Research and analyse market trends to identify opportunities and target clients.
2. Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to bring on new clients.
3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
5. Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the client's needs.
6. Market Intelligence: Keep up with industry developments, competitor activities, and new technologies to provide insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
1. Proven industry experience selling Mobile, Connectivity, and VoIP of at least 2 years.
2. Proven experience selling business to business within Telecoms.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients.
4. Ability to implement successful sales strategies.
5. Self-motivated and results-driven.
6. Ability to solve problems and have fine attention to detail.
