Who we need
Key responsibilities:
1. Set the standards of behaviour required to provide a positive learning environment and work with staff to produce and implement whole college plans, initiatives, and strategies to improve student behaviour.
2. Encourage and promote non-discriminatory behaviour and ensure equality and diversity is sustained within the college.
3. Oversee attendance for the Campus and work with curriculum and pastoral leads to review and implement improvement strategies.
4. Review outcomes from the college's student voice and liaise with curriculum areas/tutorial teams to improve provision.
5. Maintain the highest quality student experience and community outside of learning areas.
What you'll bring:
The successful candidate will be self-motivated and dedicated to students, with experience in leading a varied curriculum and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. You will have strong communication skills, a collaborative style, and significant managerial experience within the education sector.
