This role is supporting a fabulous CEO plus wider support to other members of the Leadership Team. Culture and team fit is everything here, they are looking for a candidate who wants to get fully involved and who embraces the sociable environment. The CEO has exacting standards and needs someone who thrives from building relationships, gatekeeping, has strong attention to detail, not to mention outstanding writing accuracy skills. On top of this, you will get involved with arranging corporate entertainment, team socials, office management, putting together board packs and more. This role is office based with 1 day WFH. Duties might include: Complex diary management for CEO and CFO Gatekeeping for the CEO Drafting emails Putting together PowerPoint slides Arranging restaurant bookings and other client entertainment events Expenses and timesheets Event coordination Office management The ideal candidate: Will have worked in the Property sector previously Have supported at Director or C Suit level Have a sunny and enthusiastic personality Enjoys socialising Remains calm under pressure Bain and Gray is an equal opportunities employer.
