We are seeking a self-motivated, driven, and experienced Payroll Administrator. We seek to attract and retain high-calibre team members. Your tasks
* A key part of this role is to process timesheets and Time & Attendance data, supporting the administration around processing the two monthly payrolls, dealing with exceptions, and resolving queries in a timely manner.
* As the first point of contact for the HR team through the management of the HR inbox, delivering excellent service by responding to questions within 24 hours.
* Support both on-boarding and off-boarding activities as well as absence management processes, which will support accurate records in SAP.
* Support the HR team in various tasks as required.

Your Profile
* 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/4 or above, including maths and English.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
* Experience in processing data is essential; previous experience in using SAP/Success Factors is desirable.
* Excellent attention to detail, especially when working under pressure, and the ability to work within a busy environment. Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information is required, and some knowledge of HR practices is desirable.
