Do you have customer service skills to provide the highest level of customer service at all times and believe in treating everyone as an individual? Have experience of being the first point of contact for clients, able to deal with face to face clients and calls in a professionally and in a timely manner? Then you could be a Customer Services Advisor as part of the Councils Contact Centre. About the Role The Contact Centre and main reception is the window of the organisation providing excellent customer services, dealing with face to face visitors to the building, enquiries either in person, by phone, e-mail, web, letter and on a diverse range of Council Services. You will need to be an effective and confident communicator, able to liaise well with the public, staff at all levels, and partner agencies and have experience of working within a Contact Centre environment.
