About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Business Development Manager to join a dynamic and growing company within the nutraceuticals sector. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement and is focused on expanding business opportunities within the UK market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive new business opportunities within the vitamins, minerals, supplements, and sports nutrition sectors.
* Provide detailed sales reports, outlining activities, achievements, and market insights.
* Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
* Foster and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
* Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
* Contribute to improving sales processes and operational efficiencies.
What are we looking for:
* A minimum of 4/5 years of experience in sales within the nutraceuticals, vitamins, minerals, and supplements sector.
* Strong knowledge of UK market dynamics and customer needs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
* Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts effectively.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* A results-driven approach with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
