Plumbing Supervisor
Role Overview: The Plumbing Supervisor is responsible for delivering maintenance to SFG-20 standards, repair works, and reactive services to a professional standard. This role includes a proactive and innovative approach to service delivery, ensuring routine services, maintenance, and repairs are carried out in line with SLAs. The supervisor will mentor engineers and apprentices, build excellent working relationships with engineers, and be proficient in using a CAFM system. Responsibilities also include delivering planned preventative maintenance, assisting with technical issues on site, ensuring all service reports are completed correctly, producing quality reports and quotations, and providing feedback to the team and management. The supervisor will manage site asset verification, work to company policies, undertake toolbox talks, and contribute to the productivity and profit of the team.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities: The role involves working on all types of plumbing, mechanical, and electrical assets. Plumbing and mechanical duties include pump overhauls, valve and pipework repairs, L8 assessment and remedial repairs, fixing leaks, fault finding, boiler checks, water treatment, and temperature monitoring. Electrical duties involve motor testing, BMS monitoring, meter checks, and fault finding.
