Reporting to the Director of Transformation, we are seeking a highly skilled and qualified Programme Manager who can lead our organisation through a simplification of our legal entity structure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the overall program for RWS which will involve 3rd party support to work through the many financial, legal, regulatory and employee aspects. About our Business Transformation Office The Business Transformation Office (BTO) within RWS serves as a strategic hub responsible for driving and overseeing organizational and technology change initiatives aimed at enhancing corporate performance, efficiency and competitiveness. It plays a pivotal role in facilitating and orchestrating transformational efforts across various business functions and units, globally. At its core, RWS's BTO functions as a catalyst for change, working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, departmental heads, and cross-functional teams to identify strategic priorities, define transformation objectives, and develop comprehensive roadmaps for execution. The Portfolio is business driven and often technology enabled. The BTO also acts as the reporting body from all the programmes and projects to the Executive Leadership and ensures there is an integrated plan across the portfolio. By aligning transformation initiatives with overarching business goals and objectives, the BTO division ensures that efforts are purposeful, coordinated and results-driven. Job Overview Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee detailed project plans for the implementation of corporate structure changes Programme manage the merger or removal of corporate entities and resulting intra-group asset transfers, addressing any financial, legal, or operational implications Collaborate with Finance, Legal & CoSec, Marketing, HR, and Procurement teams to ensure alignment with the overall strategic vision Coordinate with external advisors and stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions. Monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and key stakeholders Skills & Experience Work Based: Previous experience programme managing corporate restructures or mergers and acquisitions would be very attractive Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience in management consulting or international operations would be very attractive Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills- qbility to influence at all levels, including 3rd party advisors Excellent analytical & problem solving skills Advanced MS Power-point, Word & Excel skills essential Behavioural: Is effective in unifying and creating teams of cross-functional people with different skills and approaches Is decisive, prioritises effectively, maintains a clear focus and sees actions through to delivery Builds trust and demonstrates integrity in all circumstances Pragmatic and flexible, with a willingness to take on different roles and responsibilities to help deliver the programme successfully Ability to work under pressure and keep a calm head when issues arise Life at RWS At RWS, we're here for one purpose: unlocking global understanding.
