Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at our HQ in Warrington.
You will be working Monday to Friday from 9am until 5:30pm.
About the role:
The Administrative Assistant supports all functions of the business with any administrative tasks. Admin tasks will include liaising with HR and Recruitment, as well as ad hoc requests from other departments. Additionally, providing cover for reception as and when required.
Your day-to-day duties as an Administrative Assistant will include:
* Providing general administrative support to the back-office function
* General ad hoc administration requests from other departments
* Sending and chasing reference requests for new starters
* Monitoring staff lateness and sickness in line with company policy
* Taking stock of office supplies
* Maintaining the covid testing area, including preparing the tests for all staff twice a week
* Covering reception where required
Requirements
As an Administrative Assistant you will have:
* Experience as an administrator
* Clear and confident telephone manner
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Professional appearance and attitude
* Proficient in using the Office 365 suite - especially, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook
Salary: £22,500
