Your Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow, quality control, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and implement menus, manage inventory, and supervise staff.
* Work closely with the culinary team to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
Requirements:
* Enhanced DBS certificate (subject to disclosure)
* Minimum 1+ years of experience in a similar role
* Degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field
Salary: £16-£20.17 per hour
