The resulting growth from this approach sees the requirement to appoint an additional senior qualified Chartered/Certified Accountant to the team. THE ROLE Manage and guide a small team of ACA trainees and technicians to deliver the highest quality work to set timescales. Help prepare and reviewfinancial statements for limited companies Prepare and review monthly management accounts and provide advice and commentary to associated company directors Prepare KPIs, budgets and forecasts Demonstrate strong project management skills Mentoring and supporting the team Maintain and build client relationships Prioritise workload appropriately and adhere to strict deadlines Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills CRITERIA Hold a recognised accountancy qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) Two years post-qualified experience in an accounts practice environment.
