Working in a hybrid way, we are looking to recruit a customer focused, people focused team player with excellent communication and people skills to join our customer service team.
The team is responsible for providing a front line service to customers, answering inbound calls and a face-to-face service and resolving queries at the first point of contact. You will be fielding a wide variety of enquiries from tenants, applicants and external customers and take a proactive approach to ensuring high customer satisfaction.
To be successful in a Customer Service Advisor role, the skills/ability you will need are:
1. Experience of working in a Customer Service/contact centre environment.
2. Ability to always maintain a high degree of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
4. The ability to multi-task.
5. Excellent IT skills, especially Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
6. Excellent communication skills, able to communicate across multiple channels including Microsoft Teams, Face to Face and Email.
7. Able to work from our head office at least twice a week following the initial training period.
