As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students who require additional support, who have learning difficulties, creating a comfortable and safe learning environment.
The ideal candidate:
* Experience supporting pupils with SEND.
* Able to adjust approach to changes in behaviour with SEND students and feedback to class staff, important points of students’ day.
* Show a positive attitude and resilience.
* Reliable.
* Great communication skills with pupils, parents and other staff members.
* Have experience within care supporting SEN.
* Experience within a Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification.
