A typical day for you would include providing stellar service through all channels. You’ll use your energy, knowledge, and enthusiasm to answer customer queries, always being proactive and looking for ways to help them. You’ll be digitally savvy with customer service experience and ideally leasehold or housing knowledge - but this is not essential as full training will be given before the spotlight’s on you.
