As part of this position you will:
* Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional customer service,
* Provide guidance and support to service advisers and technicians,
* Act as a liaison between customers and the service team to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction,
* Schedule and coordinate service appointments, balancing workload effectively,
* Monitor and improve service processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience,
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner to ensure a positive resolution,
* Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall dealership performance,
This position is based in Yeovil and is working Monday to Friday 8:30am 5:30pm, plus alternate Saturday mornings 8:30am 12:30pm. Salary starts at £27,000 however, there is an uncapped commission structure. Other benefits include:
