Your Role: Driving Projects from Vision to Reality
As a Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of major development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include:
* End-to-End Project Management – Lead projects from site acquisition and planning through to construction and final handover
* Feasibility & Financials – Conduct feasibility studies, assess viability, manage budgets and monitor financial performance
* Planning & Approvals – Work closely with planning authorities, architects and engineers to secure key approvals
* Stakeholder Management – Build strong relationships with investors, contractors and internal teams
* Risk & Reporting – Identify and mitigate risks while keeping stakeholders informed with regular progress reports
What You’ll Need:
* Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Real Estate, Construction Management or a related field
* Proven track record in managing complex property development projects
* Experience in financial management, budgeting and cost control
* Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* MRICS is desirable but not essential
