Role Overview
Provides a professional interface between JLA business functions and the respective Sales Team. The objective is to liberate Sales time and improve operations efficiency within JLA that results in a better customer experience.
Key Tasks
Principal Accountabilities
1. Facilitate the effective operation of JLA’s Order to Cash processes with the nominated Sales Team.
2. Work with Sales staff to ensure that Customer records (master data), appointments, outcomes, and opportunity pipeline are accurate (using Pivotal, DocuSign, and other technologies within JLA).
3. QA and final order checks before delivery and install.
4. Team holiday cover.
5. Support preparation for Sales Opportunities and work with Sales to optimize effective selling time.
6. Liaise with the installation team to check on progress of scopes and pricing.
7. Resolve issues and queries to support Sales teams and address customer concerns.
8. Confident with inputting figures to calculate a pricing model.
9. Work with Sales to create Sales proposals and organize contract management (via DocuSign).
10. Support and where appropriate challenge Sales colleagues to ensure that the sales pipeline is maintained and the demand forecast is accurate.
11. Manage a customer Total Care, SCON or Machine Sales Order through to IFS.
12. Liaise with suppliers and group companies within JLA to ensure operational and commercial actions are fulfilled on time (and in full).

1. This is a varied, fast-paced role so we are looking for someone who can adapt quickly to an ever-changing environment and take on new tasks with ease.
2. The role involves liaison and collaboration with multiple business functions within JLA.
3. Confidence communicating with colleagues and customers verbally and in writing.
4. Working with ambiguity and conflicting information and/or priorities.
Criteria
Essential (Attributes required for candidate to be considered)
1. Excellent Communication Skills – written and verbal.
2. Ability to work as part of a team.
3. Attention to detail.
4. Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
5. Knowledge of Pivotal, SMART, and IFS.
Experience (What you have done)
1. Ideally you will have sales experience but not essential, as hunger to learn will provide the experience needed to be able to review and flag areas of concern to a technical manager.
2. Strong administration skills in order to compile proposals as required.
3. Excellent attention to detail.
4. Good understanding of JLA’s operational processes.
5. You will need to be assertive in order to meet planned deadlines and sales demands.
