If so, we want to hear from you!As Business Development Manager, you will pro-actively source new business for the venue, develop relationships with existing agents and direct clients. Following on sales leads, identifying opportunities, and conducting hotel presentations and site visits.This is a perfect opportunity for a Sale Executive/Sales Manager looking to step up into a larger venue within an establish hotel group or a passionate and driven Senior Conference Executive looking for a new challenge in proactive sales.More about the role:This is an office-based role.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local + national businesses and develop relationships to drive business in all segments (conference, training, meeting, corporate and transient).Contribute to the delivery of the KHP sales strategy, which encompasses direct sales calls; telesales; research; appointment making; promotional campaigns; corporate entertaining, networking, social events, client familiarisation visits and contract negotiation.To constantly recognise and develop new accounts from the corporate markets.To investigate new areas of business in terms of market development into new territories and market segments to quantifiable targets.Who you are:Proven sales experience within the hotel industryExcellent communication skillsConfident in meeting new people and presenting to groupsStrong understanding of revenue management principlesDriving license and vehicle Who we are:Kent\'s Hill Park is part of The Venues Collection; five easily accessible properties located across the UK – a division of Levy UK + Ireland.At Levy UK + Ireland, we take pride in fostering a workplace culture that celebrates diversity and promotes inclusion.
