Job Description
At GfK - An NIQ company, our Market Intelligence Customer Success Managers help our clients to achieve their goals by utilizing GfK’s point of sale and consumer tracking insights along with predictive analytic tools. Our CSM teams have or build extensive industry knowledge to understand and meet the particular needs of our clients. You will, in this role, report to the CSM team lead for Home & Living UK.
Responsibilities:
1. Onboard clients on gfknewron platform
2. Drive adoption ( activation, reactivation and engagement) of gfknewron within client organization by demonstrating clear ROI to client
3. Drive gfknewron usage with senior stakeholders in the client organization (wherever relevant)
4. Develop fact-based answers to complex key business questions
5. Become a market expert in one or more categories / industry segments
6. Deliver insightful presentations and actionable recommendations to our clients
7. Coordinate client services cross countries and categories (whenever relevant)
8. Identify leads for cross sell and upsell opportunities with the client
9. Help improve renewal rate by demonstrating clear business outcome and value
10. Collect and provide feedback to product teams on functionality, features etc. of gfknewron platform as well as to Operations and other teams on non-platform issues to drive better client experience
11. Collaborate with account management at the pre-sales and renewal stages
12. Collaborate with other business unit teams to identify opportunities for strategic assignments
13. Coordinate internal client services nationally (for all) and internationally (optional)
14. Run final quality checks for the GfK seal of quality (wherever relevant)
15. Validate / conduct QC to guarantee GfK seal of quality (wherever relevant)
Requirements:
16. Demonstratable interest in Home Improvement and/or automotive categories and markets
17. A strong business understanding in durable consumer goods markets and related Retail
18. Ideally 3 years of experience in consulting, market research, product management of durables or equivalent business units
19. Excellent English language skills
20. Very strong presentation and communication skills - a client-centric approach
21. Proactive and consistent engagement with multi-disciplined teams
22. Co-ordination and decision making of how to achieve client outcomes and organisation goals
23. Driving delivery of results for clients & GfK across diverse cultures, mind sets, disciplines, and influences
24. Passion, dedication, and commitment
25. Creativity and the ability to address real-world business problems analytically
26. Eagerness to learn, open mindset, team spirit, and an entrepreneurial attitude
