Our client is looking for Fleet Administrators for a leading refuse collection company based in their Gloucester and Cheltenham depots. Work is 5 days per week Monday till Friday from 08:00 until 16:00 with 37 hrs paid per week.
The post holder is required to support the Head of Fleet Operations in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) of the Fleet service and achieve full vehicle availability to support the needs of front line services at all times. We are looking for a reliable candidates who are after long term work, ideally with previous transport company or admin experience. Training will be provided for the job. You will need an up to date CV for this role for an interview to be arranged. For the right candidate a contract will be offered following a 12 week period.

•To organise and deliver an efficient and effective end to end vehicle, plant and equipment maintenance and repair administration & support service for internal and external clients.
•Ensure exemplary compliance with all legislative and best practice issues relating to fleet operations, vehicle workshop and vehicle maintenance and repair administration.
•Professionally liaise and communicate with all customers, workshops and stakeholders on service schedules, service delivery, quotations and any pre/post repair discussions.
