Chief People Officer | Helping to shape and strengthen high-performing business cultures
About the Role
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an additional experienced, efficient Project Manager to join our highly motivated and energetic team.
You’ll utilise your 5 years+ project management experience and your Prince2 practitioners’ certification (or equivalent) to manage the project lifecycle across Insurer partners and broker vertical customers and stakeholders both internally and externally. With the ability to influence, and to articulate complex technical solutions to a simple level, you’ll be accountable for the delivery of new product propositions and new services into BAU with a warm hand over to various key stakeholders, driving adoption of the platform.
Utilising insights to identify areas for greater efficiencies, removal of duplication and streamlining of activities, you’ll also conduct post-implementation reviews, looking to identify key learnings to ensure continual improvement of the customer journey.
Ideally bringing prior exposure to SaaS or platform development to the role, along with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, you’ll be proud of your growth mindset, with a demonstrated ability to prioritise and adjust to a moving operational landscape in a positive way.
Why Broker Insights?

You will also be eligible for the Company bonus plan, and will be supported by our holistic Employee Wellbeing Framework and a fully funded Employee Assistance Programme for you & your family.
Although our offices in the fabulous Waters’ Edge building in Dundee provide a great office space to work in, this hybrid role also allows you flexibility in how you work – you pick the 2 to 3 days each week you come into the office!
