Laburnum House is situated in Folkestone, in Kent. It offers residential support for six males and females who have a primary learning disability diagnosis, including people who are autistic or have Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS). The home is ideally placed on a residential street near the town centre.

This role will be 24 hours on the floor with 16 hours supernumerary.
As a Deputy Manager you will be confident enough to make autonomous decisions, while collaborative enough to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team. You will ideally have significant previous Deputy Manager experience and demonstrate true commitment both to your own personal development and to the development of your wider team.
You will be caring, and having a professional approach goes without saying, as does your strong work ethic, reliability and ability to build solid working relationships.
