About Our Client
The client is a leading organisation within the Retail industry with international presence. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Senior Sales Order Processor to join them on a permanent basis to be based in their office in Milton Keynes. The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B Sales Order Processing, as well as having excellent customer service skills.
Job Description
As a Senior Sales Order Processor, your key responsibilities will include:
* Act as the first point of contact for any incoming customer queries, via phone, email or online.
* Manage the Sales Order Processing process from end to end, ensuring communication with all parties and resolving and communicating any delays.
* Maintain strong customer relationships with key customers.
* Provide administrative support to the sales team.
* Report on stock levels.
* Liaise closely with the supply chain team to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will:
* Be an experienced customer service professional ideally with B2B Order Processing experience.
* Be friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Be proficient with IT and inputting data on systems, as well as MS Office.
* Be self-motivated and willing to learn.
* Live locally to Milton Keynes.
