Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and user-centric approach. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and iterate based on feedback. Key Responsibilities Design intuitive and engaging user experiences based on research and best practices. Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand pain points. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile. Collaborate with product managers and developers to bring designs to life. Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across the platform. Stay up-to-date with design trends and advocate for UX improvements.
