Combining Applied Behaviour Analysis, evidence based therapy and effective personalised curriculums to enable pupils to fulfil their potential, prepare for adulthood and lead happy lives About the Role: As a SEND Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of students with SEND.
* Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
* Use a variety of teaching strategies to support students with different learning needs, including those with ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning difficulties.
* Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
* Monitor and assess student progress, adapting strategies where necessary.
About You: We are looking for a teacher who:
* Holds a UK-recognized teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
* Has experience working with children with SEND.
* Is knowledgeable about SEND strategies, interventions, and the EHCP process.
* Demonstrates patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
