Key responsibilities include management reporting using CRM dashboards and Power BI, user acceptance testing, user training, and development of associated training materials.
As part of our Service Delivery Team, you'll work closely with the Business Analyst to analyze internal processes, align them with Microsoft Dynamics capabilities, and implement process improvements.
