Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 plus 35% bonus

Are you an expert with a passion for shaping reward and benefits strategies? We're looking for a Rewards and Benefits Manager to lead the development of competitive compensation structures, job architecture, and benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities:
? Manage Workday Advanced Compensation processes and ensure best practices. (work day would be beneficial but not essential)
? Develop and maintain job architecture, grading structures, and salary benchmarking
? Oversee compensation and benefits policies, ensuring market alignment.
? Conduct market research and benchmarking to optimize total rewards offerings
? Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to enhance employee experience.
What You'll Bring:
?? Experience in salary benchmarking and job evaluation. Have experience of Job architecture and frameworks essential.
?? Strong background in reward strategy, benefits administration, and pensions management .
?? Analytical mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
