Road Freight Operator Road Freight Operator Role Overview: Manage European groupage services, handling freight movements across international and domestic routes. Coordinate freight from origin to destination, working closely with customers, international partners, and suppliers. Road Freight Operator Key Responsibilities: Ensure smooth transportation of freight, both within Europe and across international borders. Maintain communication with customers, overseas partners, and suppliers to facilitate efficient movement. Accurately calculate costs and charges manually. Work with taxable weight calculations. Complete necessary Customs documentation. Provide excellent customer service. Collaborate with team members while maintaining a strong degree of autonomy. Road Freight Operator Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in European road freight operations. Strong understanding of road freight processes and logistics. Ability to calculate freight costs and manage financials. Familiarity with taxable weight calculations. Proven customer service skills. Experience handling Customs paperwork.
