The Role of Sales Coordinator
* As a Sales Coordinator you will be based out of our clients' vibrant offices in Bourne.
* You will work with a dynamic, friendly team taking inbound calls dealing with an array of customer service enquiries.
* Tasks will include processing orders, dealing with enquiries and providing quotes, liaising with other departments, updating the CRM system and doing follow-ups.
* You will be in a great environment dealing with customers over the phone - therefore we are looking for your customer service & relationship building skills to build relationships with customers.
