Senior Wellbeing Manager
Competitive salary plus £4,200 car allowance or cash equivalent, private healthcare, 18% annual bonus potential, 27.5 days annual leave including bank holidays rising with serve and a company pension scheme with highly competitive contribution rates.

Location: This is a Hybrid working role, with national travel to Royal Mail sites nationwide, 2-3 days per week. Flexibility required in line with business needs. Due to the nature of the role, a full valid UK driving licence is required.

As we move into a period of organisational transformation, we are seeking a Senior Wellbeing Manager to lead key wellbeing projects and develop our wellbeing data scorecard. Reporting into the Head of Wellbeing, this role will work closely with HR, leadership, and other teams to design, deploy and embed key wellbeing interventions and programmes, helping colleagues bring the best of themselves to work.
About the role
* Lead the design and deployment of specific wellbeing programmes and interventions across our four pillars of mental health, physical health, financial wellbeing, and social wellbeing.
* Further develop our Wellbeing Data scorecard to provide in depth insights to help shape future strategy and solve organisational challenges. Analyse and interpret the data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
* Using multiple channels, deploy interventions using creative, engaging, and inspiring wellbeing communication.
* Serve as a wellbeing trusted advisor to leadership, helping them to navigate through wellbeing issues and embedding a strong wellbeing culture.
About You
To truly excel in the role, you will possess the necessary skills and experience listed below:
* Organisational wellbeing experience within a large complex or unionised environment/organisation.
* Demonstrate project management experience delivering and deploying programmes across entire organisations.
* You must be able to analyse, understand and development complex wellbeing data analysis and insights, and translate your findings into actionable strategies and recommendations.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present wellbeing data and insights clearly to different audiences from our operational colleagues to senior stakeholders.
* Previous experience managing external wellbeing partners.
* Knowledge of change management principles and the ability to manage initiatives to improve employee engagement.
