Primary Responsibilities Include:
1. Providing full support to our clients’ Conveyancing department to enable them to operate efficiently.
2. Preparing correspondence using their case management system.
3. Attending to clients both on the telephone and in person.
4. Maintaining good relationship with new business introducers.
5. Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch.
6. Arranging the scanning and photocopying of paperwork.
7. Carrying out other duties and responsibilities as required
8. Assisting the Fee Earners with Sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfer of equity from inception to completion.
9. Ordering searches.
10. Review Mortgage offers and report to the client and lender.
About the Person:
To be a successful candidate for this role you must also have the following attributes, skills and experience:
11. Ideally have some administration experience within residential conveyancing.
12. Demonstrate initiative.
13. Possess a high level of accuracy.
14. Have the ability to work under pressure.
15. Be a team player with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm.
16. Have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person.
