Executive Assistant
Board level EA (1:3) - 12 month FTC to cover maternity (with the plan to go perm) – Insurance Firm
£55-60k
This Executive Assistant role supports 3 Executives (board level) and their respective teams within a fantastic insurance firm that values loyalty, rewards, and staff development.
The primary focus of this role is to support the executives, with additional light-touch support to their teams as needed. It is essential that you are comfortable working with multiple executives and the wider team.
This position is based in a fast-paced insurance firm of around 500 employees in London. Duties include complex diary management, travel arrangements, expense processing, report preparation, and presentation creation, alongside extensive stakeholder management both internally and with clients. You will collaborate with an inspirational team of EAs led by a fantastic mentor, providing board meeting support and ideally possessing previous experience in board-level coordination.
Your responsibilities will involve liaising across all levels of the company from day one, pulling together board packs, setting agendas, and managing logistics and planning. Core duties will comprise heavy diary management (approximately 60% of the role) with constant changes and re-prioritization. You will be responsible for setting high-level meetings, both internal and external, and preparing board papers and packs.

We are seeking candidates with previous experience at the executive level, ideally in a fast-paced and professional environment.
This role involves working four days a week in the office and one day a week from home.
