Position: Service Advisor Apprentice - Aston Martin Wilmslow

As an Aston Martin Service Advisor Apprentice, you’ll have the opportunity to master a diverse range of skills while gaining a valuable Level 3 qualification in Customer Service. This newly launched apprentice programme has been designed around the Institute of Motor Industry’s Customer Service Advanced Apprenticeship Framework Level 2 and 3.
What will I be doing as a Service Advisor Apprentice?
1. Learning invaluable knowledge to support your progress into a Service Advisor role, whilst gaining useful insights into other aspects of the Aftersales areas, such as the Parts department.
2. Building customer service skills and developing advanced selling skills.
3. Gaining an introduction to financial planning and digital marketing.
4. Undertaking on-the-job training whilst earning an academic qualification.
5. Being assessed along your training journey, and supported by industry experts to help you achieve the next step.
