Our wonderful client is looking for an experienced EA to the CEO with additional Office Management responsibilities. Our client is a leading global mining company with major operations worldwide, including Africa and America, known for its large-scale projects. The London office is seeking a candidate who will integrate well into its collaborative and down-to-earth team.
This is a relatively new role, providing a mix of executive support and office management. While the CEO is self-sufficient, the role will also involve supporting senior managers and overseeing key office functions.
The duties include, but are not limited to:
1. Diary management
2. Travel itineraries and logistics
3. Organising and preparing board meetings
4. Document preparation and correspondence
5. Organising and managing meetings across time zones
6. General office management including liaising with vendors; smooth running of the office day to day
7. Reporting into the HR manager
Requirements:
1. Experience providing board-level support
2. Previous experience supporting a C-suite
3. Strong communicator, efficient and highly organised
4. Industry background in mining, oil & gas, or extraction required
Start: ASAP (happy to wait for the right candidate)
Salary: £50,000- £60,000
Hybrid: 3/2 days WFH (in the office when the CEO is present)
