You'll be at the heart of coordinating bespoke packages and personal budgets for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). On a typical day, you will:
1. monitor requests for Bespoke Packages and Personal Budgets
2. ensure processes align with guidance and policy
3. contribute to SEND Decision Making Panels
4. provide expert advice and guidance to service partners
5. analyse data to review spending and activity
6. collaborate with partner services to improve service delivery
You'll join the SEND Services team, which works closely with families, schools, and professionals to support children and young people. We're dedicated to creating high-quality Education, Health and Care Plans and ensuring each child receives the support they need.

Minimum Requirements:
1. a graduate-level qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field
2. in-depth knowledge of SEND legislation and best practices
3. strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. commitment to safeguarding children and young people
5. ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
