Administrative Co-ordinator
Harlow - hybrid working. Candidates expected on-site 1-3 times per week depending on business requirements.
Business Travel: Will be occasional travel to London and also across the UK for business events.
Summary
This is a fast-paced administrative role to support the Communications & Events and Requirements & Capabilities teams’ activities and representing them to the highest standard.
Main Duties:
* Key POC: act as an ambassador for the team with professionalism, confidentiality, discretion, partnering with RTX, suppliers and external customers, aligning the teams so they are joined up and working effectively.
* Build effective working partnerships within Raytheon UK, encourage clear communications across sites cascading information as necessary, share best practices and embrace new innovative ideas, attend regular team meetings and work collaboratively with the team around you.
* Events support: support with administration of our events cadence, including payments and processes, and management of memberships and sponsorships for the function. Working with the Events Manager to ensure all documentation and records are kept up to date. Support with the maintenance of Events mailbox.
* Financial: organising and managing our payments process, ensuring all correct timelines and procedures are followed. Working closely with colleagues, vendors and suppliers to ensure timely payments, contracting and support.
* General office duties: ordering stationery, catering, site access requests, invoice processing.
* Expenses support: support the team and submit in a timely manner, monitor approval process to avoid late charges, proactively seek receipts from vendors if not readily available.
