Seeking an Associate Director of Education to lead the transformation of 8 schools, overseeing line management, strategy, quality, performance, and finance.
We are looking for a hands-on leader to take charge of the operational transformation of our education provider. As Associate Director of Education, you will be responsible for the strategic, quality, performance, and financial management of our 8 schools. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a strong leader who can drive change and improvement.
* Line management of up to 8 Headteachers, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our schools.
* Strategic leadership, overseeing the development and implementation of plans to improve quality, performance, and finance across all 8 schools.
