At their broiler farm in Sleaford, they are now looking for a Maintenance Engineer to work days, Monday to Friday. The hourly rate is £18.75 (paid weekly) Monday to Friday 07.30am to 17.15pm with overtime paid at x 1.5. There is also an on call rota for Maintenance Engineers, sharedthroughout the team with an on call allowance paid weekly and annually. Min 4 hours paid x 1.5 regardless of minutes / hours worked. In the event you have completed more than 10x weeks on standby from January to December, any additional week on standby will be paid at £122.50 per standby week. It therefore offers a Maintenance Enginee r a good OTE and regular pay in a long term stable working environment. The Maintenance Engineers on my clients farms offer a unique opportunity to work away from the factory, though still indoors, with a varied workload.
