As they continue their growth journey as a company, they are seeking a n experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join and the IT tech support team IT Service Delivery Manager Key Responsibilities: Lead a High-Performing Team: Manage the IT support team, providing guidance and developing talent while ensuring that the team has the tools and knowledge needed to support a variety of IT systems and applications. Maintain efficient, resilient IT infrastructure through both in-house and third-party support. Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues, troubleshooting and providing solutions. Lead the service desk operations, ensuring the team delivers top-tier service in line with agreed SLAs. Manage budgets and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and high-quality service. Provide ongoing support for various IT systems, including 365 Admin, Azure, SharePoint, PowerBI, and more. Drive Innovation and Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes and service quality, shaping strategies that align with our organisational goals. Collaborate Across the Business: Work closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver IT solutions that support the wider business objectives. Manage Projects and Systems: Assist with technical project planning, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and oversee the efficient operation of the service desk. Ensure Compliance & Security: Keep the IT systems secure by maintaining compliance with GDPR, PCI, and other regulatory standards, as well as managing disaster recovery and backup solutions. IT Service Delivery Manager Key Responsibilities: Proven experience in IT leadership and managing teams to deliver high-quality technical support. A strong understanding of a wide range of IT systems, including Microsoft 365, AWS, networking, and security protocols. Experience in driving process improvements and aligning IT strategies with business goals. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
