Boston Hale is currently working with one of London's largest charitable housing associations who are looking to recruit a Treasury Operations Manager.
Daily Duties
* Ensure the implementation of the annual treasury plan and maintain compliance with treasury policies.
* Manage the operational running of the treasury function.
* Support the development of the treasury accountants.
* Implement debt management strategies and manage loan and covenant agreements.
* Manage the day-to-day banking requirements.
* Ensure all contractual agreements are met.
* Manage the group's cash to ensure all daily cash requirements are met.
Required Experience
* CCAB accountancy qualification and ideally a treasury qualification.
* Up-to-date knowledge of treasury regulations.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
* A strategic thinker with the ability to provide expert technical knowledge.
