Position: Dairy Refrigeration Engineer
The company is looking for a dairy refrigeration engineer. You will be:
1. Covering around the north east of England and across to Cumbria.
2. Providing service and maintenance, and some installation on:
o Dairy refrigeration equipment
o Milking equipment
o Cooling silos for milk
o Packo Cooling equipment
o Fullwood Joz equipment
o Robot milking machines
3. Working with dairy farms and milk production facilities across the area.
Skills Needed
To be a dairy refrigeration engineer, you should possess:
1. Experience working on refrigeration equipment within a dairy farm or dairy production (ideal).
2. Consideration for applicants with commercial/industrial refrigeration experience and a great attitude.
3. F Gas Certificate and NVQ Level 2 refrigeration (minimum).
4. Living around the County Durham area would be great, but anyone across the north east or towards Cumbria would be considered.
Salary and Benefits
The salary and benefits for a dairy refrigeration engineer include:
1. £35,000 - £47,000 basic salary depending on experience.
2. Door-to-door travel pay.
3. £100 standby per month for call out.
4. Van, phone, fuel card, uniform provided.
5. Further refrigeration manufacturers courses available.
6. 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.
