This full time, permanent post will be operational across numerous locations within the Commercial Operations wider team. Summary of the role Working 36.5 hours per week for any 5 days out of 7 this role will require you to work most shifts Monday to Friday; however, some evenings and weekend working will be required. Our team is driven on providing an exceptional customer service experience. Staff and students use our facilities year-round, along with external customers out of term time. Across the campuses, we provide the following services: retail shops, retail catering, residential catering, licensed premises, hospitality, conferencing and events. We are looking for customer-focused, team players who can also work alone. A particular focus will be on providing exceptional customer service at all times with a passion for providing high quality food and drink. You will demonstrate high standards and be well organized. Having experience in roles within catering, front of house, retail, and kitchens, with knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety would be advantageous. You will have a flexible approach to working hours and practices, as well as having excellent communication skills. The role will include maintaining high standards of cleanliness within a busy environment, in line with Food Safety plus Health & Safety requirements.
