MAIN FUNCTIONS:
Kitchen Duties - including but not limited to:
1. Ensure tea, coffee, sugar, etc. supplies are managed and available for staff to use.
2. Ordering of milk, tea, coffee, sugar, etc.
3. Keep the kitchen area clean.
4. Cycle dirty/clean crockery and cutlery through the dishwashers.
5. Responsible for all morning duties to set up for the day.
6. Management of conference and meeting rooms to meet booking requirements.
7. Manage enquiries in shared email account.
8. Stationery orders.
9. Handling of Post in & Post Out.
10. Escorting engineers/visitors.
11. Tea, coffee & lunches for visitors.
12. Support Office Manager with ad-hoc tasks.
13. Able to support some Fridays, with suitable notice provided, for escorting third parties on a non-working day.
