We are teaming up with a Local Authority to appoint an experienced Family Practitioner to join their Early Help Team in Staffordshire!
As a Family Practitioner, you'll work collaboratively with families and use a restorative approach to make a positive impact. You will provide support and interventions, helping children, young people, and their families stay together and thrive.
Here's the exciting part: you'll enjoy hybrid working arrangements, including the flexibility to work from home, in the office, and out in the community!
Key responsibilities:
* Implement the council's restorative practice model, supporting families and enabling reunions.
* Conduct thorough Early Help Assessments and create child-centered Initial Plans.
* Organise engaging meetings, events, and groups for families and professionals.
* Collaborate with Social Workers to support children in need and those in care.
* Undertake specific tasks outlined in assessments and plans, working directly with children and caregivers.
To succeed, you'll need:
* Previous experience in Early Help Assessments and direct work with families.
* A full UK driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
