Job Description
The key responsibilities of a Administrator will include, but may not be limited to;
* Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team
* Managing correspondence and handling queries
* Organising and scheduling meetings, including minute-taking
* Creating and maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical
* Managing office supplies and coordinating with suppliers
* Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
* Updating and maintaining office policies and procedures
* Ensuring efficient and effective administrative information flow within the department
The Successful Applicant
A successful Administrator should have:
* Strong organisational and planning skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Experience in a similar role in the Public Sector
* A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Experience in handling sensitive information with discretion
* Ability to commute to Nantwich
