We’re partnering with an ambitious biotech x AI company that’s heading into an exciting new phase—and they’re looking for a UI leaning, Principal Product Designer to help shape the next chapter of their product. 🧬🤖
Currently a lean team of 16, backed by powerful in-house tech, they’re pivoting toward a fresh, high-impact direction (under NDA for now) that’s set to redefine how AI and biotech come together.
You’ll be one of just two designers, working closely with product and engineering to bring highly technical tools to life with clarity, polish, and purpose.
✨ What You’ll Be Doing
* 🎯 Own the visual design across product and brand
* 🖥️ Craft modern, intuitive UI for B2B tools
* đź“Š Translate complex data into elegant, clear visuals
* 🧩 Build and scale a consistent design system
* 🤝 Collaborate with product, engineering, and senior leadership
🌟 What They’re Looking For
* ✅ 0–1 product and startup experience
* 🎨 Strong visual/UI portfolio with clean, modern design
* 🧠Experience with B2B, data vis, or complex product interfaces
* đź’Ş Comfortable owning design in a small team (just 2 total)
* 🧬 Bonus if you’ve worked in biotech, ML, or data-heavy environments
