This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, passionate and dynamic Interim Care Manager to join us here at Bluebird Care New Forest on a 6-month basis. This is a full-time role. Hours: 8.30 am to 5 pm on-call duties. We are a successful and very well-established domiciliary care provider. We are looking for an experienced Interim Care Manager to assist in the development and growth of the business, whilst maintaining our high standards of person-centred care and managing our care teams efficiently. Ensuring all CQC regulations will be complied with whilst growing our business hours. You must have excellent people management skills, (firm but fair) and be very organised to spin many plates. The successful Interim Care Manager will : Have a minimum of 3 years experience in a care management role preferably in the domiciliary care sector. Have great CQC knowledge and HR experience. Have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Ideally, hold QCF level 5 in health and social care Be very computer literate and ideally have a Coordinator background or experience Have excellent organisational and communication skills Be confident to present in front of people and help with training of new staff. Happy to attend various awards ceremonies and QCF events Salary: £36,000 to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience Weekend on-call pay Driver with use of their own car for work purposes. The Interim Care Manager duties include but are not limited to: Being responsible for the safe delivery of the service in line with legislative requirements and company policy and procedures Ensuring all mandatory training is complete Adopt processes to ensure quality care is delivered at all times Maintain full and accurate records and reporting systems in accordance with legal requirements Keep all information about customers, their representatives and families secure and confidential Prior to each service commencing make sure a full assessment of each customer’s needs and associated risks is carried out Ensure there are sufficient numbers of suitably qualified staff allocated appropriately to meet service needs at all times. Effectively manage complaints and incidents.
